Dear Dr. Fox,
David Russell has signed an Authorization for Release of Information for
you to speak with me and provide me with information. I have
spoken with David most days since May, including earlier today, and he
informs me you are planning to electroshock him against his will again
in spite of the negative effects it has had on him when administered by
Mayo. This included blood clots for which he was still being given
a blood thinner before being hauled into Regions. I have
personally observed the negative effects on his memory and other
cognitive problems.
These negative effects are consistent with the research as is the lack
of long-lasting benefit for most everyone. See,
Electroshock
Please refrain from electroshocking David against his will. Clearly,
what is being done to David is not working and something else should be
tried. I would appreciate you giving me a call as I have some
ideas about how to make progress with David.
Sincerely,
Jim Gottstein
